Auction Terms: All auction merchandise is sold as is, where is without warranty or guarantee. Auctioneer and seller make no warranties, guarantees, or representations whatsoever. Buyers are responsible to conduct their own due diligence as they deem necessary. Auction purchases subject to a 15% buyer’s premium. Online bidders subject to a 3% Internet surcharge.
Onsite bidders: Payment in full must is due immediately following the sale by cash only. Winning bidders must remove all smalls on the day of the sale.

All winning bidders are responsible for all removal costs whatsoever including, but not limited to dis-assembly, packing, crating, shipping, freight, loading and un-installation. Items not removed within the allotted removal time may be deemed abandoned by auctioneer without recourse to the buyer. MA buyers are subject to 6.25% sales tax unless re-sale certificate is presented to auctioneer prior to sale. On-site bidders must present valid photo ID (Driver’s license or other government issued photo ID). Announcements made from the auction block supersede all others written and oral.
