50+/- Tax Title assignments secured by residential homes, commercial property and vacant land, 12 Tax Possession properties and 10 Land of Low Value instrument of taking parcels will be offered at auction.

Included are detailed terms, registration instructions and sample docs. Tax title assignment inventory will be updated each time a change occurs and a message will be sent to each party that requests a bidders package when any changes are made to the inventory or terms of sale. Tax possession properties and land of low value taking changes in inventory will be reflected upon our website inventory listing only.
