Dear Prospective Buyer:

The Strategic Auction Alliance is pleased to present this offering of real estate for marketing at auction on Saturday March 24 on location at 7 Granite Way beginning at 10 am. absentee bids may submitted via our on line platform and will be administered competitively by proxy with the onsite bidders.

This auction sale is per order of the Eastman Community Association who acquired the property via Sheriff’s sale on December 17th 2010. The previous owner’s one year right of redemption has since expired and good title will be conveyed to the any high bidder who participates at or above the published minimum bid of $65,000. A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid price constituting the contract price. The property is currently assessed at $314,900.

Open House Viewing: 3/15, 3-6 PM & 3/17, 1-3 PM : There is disclosed mold and water damage present within these premises of which we cannot assume liability for personal injury or health hazards that may be experienced by our attendees. We recommend that you outfit yourself with appropriate protective gear for your visit. We will require your signature upon a hold harmless waiver that will state that you agree that you enter the premises at your own risk. Please no visitors under the age of 18.
