THE EQUIPMENT/MATERIAL/ITEM(S) IS BEING SOLD "AS IS – WHERE IS," AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, OR OTHERWISE. Secured Party has stated that the Equipment was manufactured no later than the late 1990’s and that the Equipment had not previously been stored in a controlled environment as required. The Equipment/Material/Items(s) is being sold subject to a warehouseman's lien in the amount of $79,732.49 asserted pursuant to Section 7-209 of Chapter 106 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
