Registration: All prospective buyers will be required to agree with the terms of sale, provide proper identification and specified monetary deposit to qualify to bid. Internet participants must register no later than 10:00 am EDT, TUESDAY May 6th to be approved for bidding. Auction site bidders may register at Ipswich Town Hall 9 – 10 am. on day of sale May 7th.
Auction Registration Forms and Specific Terms of Sale will be available for download in the near future. Internet participants will be able to log in to the web portal to leave absentee bids or become familiar with the live bidding applet one week prior to the sale.

All successful bidders will be required to execute a “Memorandum of Sale” an “Arson/Tax Delinquency Statement” and a “Disclosure of Beneficial Interests in Real Property Transaction” form as per the terms of sale.
